Harbor Freight Tools has always sold good tools that have improved. However the black haired tall woman was rude. I think that she didn't want to go tbe extra mile. It's true many customers know vhere to find what they need, also true some cutomers may expect an emplyee to assist them to find perfect tool. I really do wish customer service would be hard working and a lot less lazy. Please fire her! Other reps in this particular store have been more helpful. Sincerely, Ben

Went in there last week purchased some bottle jacks then I seen a couple items on the shelf as usual very good price I went to check out the prices came up different on the two items and I said no that's not the right price and she says no you have to join and be a member and pay an additional $29.95 or something like that whatever it was I said no I don't want that shit I think if you want something to be on sale people will buy it mark it up a little bit so you can make something on it and stop this membership price bull crap

Asked a question about how late they were open till on labor day. Got instantly put on hold with no warning. Once they got back to me, I asked if they put me on hold, responded yes and hung up on me.
