Google maps shows that I live 60 miles north of citera's in Wayne county. I have family local to the meat market in Reeder's and one of my Uncle's recommended them , at the time Gary's, to me. It was love at first sight. The meats etc. Are a cut above and the people that I've met, the service staff, are most willing and eager. I'm guilty of visiting my relatives for an excuse to visit and shop. I've never been disappointed over the several years I've been coming here.To be honest I didn't notice any difference when the turn over occurred. If anything, the place and people got better.I know this review is flattering to the point of ?. I'm going to end by saying"l love the place". If you get anything out of this review. Cool

Great Italian butcher. Great service. They cut up our chicken for kabobs and helped us choose how much. Great homeade goods. The peaches we bought made Great peach sangria.

The ring bologna is actually pretty good. If you don't feel like driving to Allentown by your ring bologna here if you feel like taking a drive, Thursday, Friday Saturday, go to the farmers market in Allentown and go to Barringer brothers for the best.

Got a filet loin cut up from Citera for Christmas Dinner. Used to always frequent Gary's but hadn't been in since it changed hands. Seems as though the quality is the same as it was, and obviously cannot comment to the cost due to the market consistently changing. Was happy with the meat though, will definitely continue to shop here.

Had to stop by to buy my meats... for the quality and thickness of these pork chop plus Chicken legs. Why would you buy your meats at Walmarts/Supermarkets...It's worth the drive to see how much more meats you can get at Citrera Meats Market...Bag chicken $10 ish plus pork chop (Look how thick and fresh the quality is...
