These guys have decent apartments that are gravely overpriced. Raised rent on people 200 dollars a month before their lease runs out. After charging me a deposit that was more than the lease, they took 70% of that deposit claiming painting fees (I don’t have art, no nails in the wall, no furniture against the walls). In East Stroudsburg, they are newer build apartments but a company run by people who lack character. Would not suggest!

Roughly a year and a half ago, I moved from Central Texas to East Stroudsburg, PA for work purposes. Moving to a new location can be nerve wrecking without family and friends near by. I have to say that Lori from Empire Real Estate & Development made my transition extremely easy and stress free by selecting the best apartment to suit my needs. The entire staff was very professional, friendly and very courteous. I highly recommend this agency.
