“I was referred to iDropped by another shop as I was having keying problems with my iPad. The previous shop wanted over $1,500 for a new iPad Pro 12.9" as they didn't have the expertise to fix my iPad. I was confronted by a tech guy at iDropped, told him the situation I was having and he took my iPad and started checking it out. After 10-15 minutes, he could not get the problem to reappear. The problem was, while using my iPad onboard keyboard, more often than not, the keyboard would not accept the letters I was keying. Sometimes I would just have to quit typing and do something else. On the internet, sometimes a refresh would solve the problem, but not for long. Anyway the tech guy said it seemed I was having a software situation, which has to do with the way Apple provides stacked release upgrades. He said if I backed up my iPad to a PC or laptop computer, and then restored that same backup to my iPad, he believed that would solve my keying problem. Well, it most certainly did! I would like to Thank that tech guy! You were spot on. Thanks loads! I would highly recommend this computer/Apple shop! By the way, I just keyed this entire review without a single glitch!!”
