Decent place to shop for vintage, stylish, & quality items.If you are looking to sell clothing for cash back, they often have opportunity to do this - but sometimes they only give you store credit (which is more than the cash back).sometimes duds though.

So organized and clean and they offered a large range of sizes. The staff was super friendly. One of the best second hand clothed shopping experiences I’ve had as a plus size person.

I walked in just to kill time, and found it very rude that all the employees looked at me but didn’t say a word! Not hello, good day, or thank you for coming in. What a blatant way to let me know that I don’t belong there, and indeed, I do not.

LOVE the store and all the different options they have for dresses. Nice set up and good vibe. But HIGHLY disappointed in their Clothing Exchange program.I called on three different occasions/times and they told me that they do both store credit and cash. Of course I’d rather have cash than store credit so I went up their per their instructions first thing in AM at 10:00 when they open; when they said they could provide cash because they haven’t met their cash cap for the day yet. I arrive this morning and was told they do not do cash and they wanted to offer me only $30 in store credit for five different quality items that were brand new with tags still on them and/or only wore once. I have tons of really nice items that I was hoping to have them take. Then to top it all off- I was told they do not do weekend clothing exchanges and that I had to come in during a weekday early; then I see their sign states “Saturdays for exchange…” ugh! :(So in summary- really nice store and most employees but whoever I spoke to especially yesterday afternoon does not know their own store policies because she guaranteed they would be able to provide cash and told me an exact time to show up. Very very disappointed in the store’s communication and customer service with their customers.

I was happy to find this upscale consignment store on main street in East Stroudsburg. It's definitely gone up a notch since the former owners. The new owner is friendly and receptive and the selection much better.

First time there. Lots of clothes & shoes. The prices seemed ok, the woman there, not sure if she owned the place...she was very nice. I would go again if Iam in the area.

when I went there the last couple of times the items that I brought were under purchased. Like they could’ve went for a lot more (I.e she took five items and I only received $11). And this is just my opinion, feel like they were under purchased because I was black. There were name brands that weren’t even worn, items that still have tags on them and since it’s the winter season I figured let me just sell all the coats in my house and no one‘s wearing anymore, probably 20. And the woman, I believe is the store manager, tells me that they are a little “loved“, these items are in very good condition, like I said some of them not even worn. But I noticed a lot of clothing items that were in the store especially shoes, that were extremely “loved“, so we just led me to believe that there’s a bit of a bias there. I will not be returning.

Hands down the best thrift/consignment shop I’ve been to in the area! The staff is so friendly and accommodating and the items are AMAZING!! found some gorgeous shoes here and a skirt I can’t wait to wear. Can’t say enough great things about this place and the staff. Would recommend to anyone in the Stroudsburg area.

The store was well organized, had well curated pieces, and the prices were great. The women who helped me (whom I believe was the owner) was incredibly sweet and was knowledgeable on the items I had chosen to purchase. I am from out of town but if I am back in town I will definitely be stopping by again.

I came in there today and asked for store credit ..I had 3 dollars left so I asked if I could get that in cash she said no I dotn have a car and live 30 mins away plus my husband is 62 on a water pill she was rude and told him oh well go walk 2 to 3 blocks to starbucks brought a alex and ani bracelet in it was brand new didnt want it because it said happy Easter really customer service is down the drain wow
