Went to the store to upgrade my fiancés phone and John was helping us. He was VERY helpful with helping us pick out a new phone and answering all our questions / concerns. Made everything painless and the entire experience was awesome. Highly recommending him!!!

Walked into the office on 3 different occasions was absolutely amazing to care with no questions. Got my services up and running assistant me with my new phone. Absolutely will recommend them to anyone absolutely. Was pleased with the services I received, check them out.

My visit was perfect. Actually, Frank and John helped with an easy transition of adding a phone line. They were very informative. Both the gentleman and my cricket experience was sweet. I was in and out in no time and would recommend to all my friends and family. I've been a cricket customer for years I'm very satisfied, fair price, and great service.

My wife and I have had a verygood experience dealing withOmar in your Stroudsburg store. He has helped us with setting up a new phones and any questions we have had with our Cricket account and phones. We have been to the store on numerous occasionsand he has always been helpful with our questions,concerns.
