I have been taking my car to Cliffside for several years. I have been nothing but satisfied. They have diagnosed and repaired any issues I’ve had and I find them to be reasonably priced. I never had a mechanic follow up to see how things are going after repairs like they have. I don’t feel taken advantage of especially being a female. I have also recommended them to several of my friends who also now take their car there and have had the same experience. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Every time I call Cook’s Cliffside Automotive they are able take me in for my problems….sometimes I have to wait a day or two…..but the job gets done perfectly and they are always so professional…..❤️ THANK YOU ❤️

First time customer to his shop and he called me back to tell me what was wrong never looked at the issue. I brought it in for just tore my car apart with everything else. I will not recommend anyone to this service station very nasty to an elderly woman and tore her car apart.

135$ to change a fuse for a headlight. Quoted 30 to 40 bucks over the phone. Didn't call to ask if I wanted them to fix it. Just called afterward and told me the ridiculous price.

I have been exclusively using Cliffside since I purchased my 2011 Honda Civic Pilot 2 years ago. Brinton and his techs are knowledge and helpful. They have done some fairly major repairs when I first purchased it and have kept me trouble free ever since! They will always make you aware of any upcoming services needed as well as completing requested services in a timely manner. I find the pricing very competitive for top notch techs and proformance.
