Stand-up folks here.I was on a cross-country drive from New York to Texas, and my Jeep busted on the freeway in Stroudsburg. I had it towed to Carl’s based on the reviews here, and I’m forever grateful. Carl and Junior were knowledgeable, good communicators, and kind. I don’t know anything about cars, and they helped me understand the problems and make decisions I could feel good about. I had just bought a used Jeep in New York, and this was the first 100 miles I had driven it. The rear differential assembly had zero oil in it and completely busted. And two days later, while they were working on it, the alternator quit because it had been accidentally covered in undercoating by the guy I bought it from.I was stranded in Stroudsburg for three days, but I knew I was in good hands. I checked their pricing with another mechanic in my hometown, and it was trustworthy.Two days after I left, Carl called me to see how my drive was going, and he asked me to call him and let him know when I was back home in Texas safely. When you’re traveling you pray and hope that you’ll meet generous, helpful people. I’m forever grateful I was guided to Carl and Junior on this trip. Blessings and good fortune on them and their families.

My car had an antifreeze leak which drained the car of coolant. Brought to Carl's because it was near home. I anticipated a big repair but Carl found a broken hose clamp which he repaired and added new antifreeze. I thought I would need an expensive new hose but Carl was honest about the repair and just replaced the broken clamp. His price was reasonable and he fixed it within a few hours. I highly recommend Carl's for all your auto needs. I will become a regular customer as we all know how hard it can be to find an honest mechanic.

What a great and honest mechanic. You do not see many mechanics that will just tell you how it is and charge you great rates. Would highly recommend. I broke down and i am from out of town and he helped me out right away.

We were headed out of town for a funeral and got a flat on Tesla. They repaired the huge hole in literally five minutes of arrival and we were able to drive 2 hours to funeral. Not only that but they didn't charge us! They are amazing!!!!

Great place,I was on my way from New York to Pittsburgh on a Sunday night. I had important meeting That I had to be at.2 hrs into my ride (Stroudsburg, I-80w 10pm)Car breaks down. Got off the exit and pulled into a hotel lot.I had to be in Pittsburgh in the am and I did not know what to do. I was in panic mode ?I called a friend, he picked me up at around 12 o’clock at night Sunday, and drove me to Pittsburgh.I left the car in a hotel parking lot in Stroudsburg .I arrived in Pittsburgh at 3:30 in the morning.At 8 AM I googled some mechanics in Stroudsburg.The first mechanic I called was a truck repair shop and they recommended me to Carls.I called Carl and spoke with him at 8 AM, I explained my situation, and told him that the car was in a hotel parking lot in Stroudsburg and gave him the address.He went picked up the car and had it fixed by time I was on my way back to New York.I was able to stop by his shop on the way home.Car was fixed, and the price was fair,?Great place, Helpful, understanding of your situation and a fair price!I was so lucky to find that shopKeep being you Carl ?
