This email is in response to bulters comments on my review for them. And if anyone reads my review they would agree with me on how they did us dirty. And how paul and dawn do theire customers wrong. They sell or aution it off without noticaction. They said they posted it in the paper twice well why didnt they call us or send us a letter or a email or text meassage since they get all of that when you use there units. They ask for your credit cards information. Your email address phone number. But they sent noting. He also said that there was no communication from us to them. I can post my records when i called them. I have no issues with that. So instead they sell or action everything you own. From the birth of your children to the love ones that have passsed on. I have nothing. Cuz they didnt follow with anything no letters no calls or certfied mail. No emails. Nothing. What kind of business is that. You trust them wuth your cherish memories and your belongs your heirlooms and they turn around Bd sell or action everything. With out any NOTICE. People out there go else where if you want to have your stuff when you get settled cuz if you go with this company you will LOSE EVERYTHING in the end. You will have NOTHING.I can ever get what they took from me. And if wish I could sue them for what they did.It shouldn't matter how much is owned on the unit. If it was 1 month to 13 months they should have sent CALLED,SENT LETTERS, CERTIFIED MAIL. SOMETHING INSTEAD OF SELLING OR TAKEING. I WILL POST MY PHONE RECORDS. IF NEED BE. CAN THEY POST ANY LETTERS

Cant give a minus sadely.we rented a unit from them during the time i was hospitalized from a stroke on several occasions leaving it to my wife to try to manage. We found out all our stuff an entire household was sold.personal papers everything.no letter mailed, no email of impending sale nothing just gone. Beware of this owner my wife lost collectables from 40 years sad ...talk to a lawyer first dont become a victim to them. Its not like they didnt have phone numbers or email and with the medical situation and covid i feel this was unjust. Please beware renting from them at all cost find someplace better .... Unfortunately had to give a star to post 15 minus stars wouldnt give justice to this.
