If I could leave less than one star I would. I walked into the store prepared to sign up my entire family, probably purchase 3 or 4 new phones, cases the whole pavkage. I was told to come back in an hour when the manager was there because the sales person couldn't handle it. I came back after an hour and was ignored for 20 min. With only 1 other customer in the store. What a shame. I was trying to deal with in person sales but I will take my business online where they are trained to help me and don't waste my time.Warning ⚠️ don't waste yours at this store!!

The fact that no one was knowledgeable and had a whole line of people waiting is a complete joke. Either way don't respect this company. Claimed to have good coverage and are POS. switching yet again

100% recommend this Boost Mobile store. I have not met nicer and more helpful people. My galaxy s10e wasn't 5g compatible so I had to buy a new phone or lose service. After searching every Boost Mobile near me and getting no where they were my last hope. Thankfully they had one phone left and were kind enough to put it to the side until I could get there, which was 1.5 hours from where I live. From now if I need anything thw drive is well worth the service. Thank you both sooo much again.
