The worse experience ever. Everyone is especially nice in the store but customer service over the phone, by far the worse of the worse… the delivery and install guys- how is it possible they have mastered the art of distract and divert. I still don’t have my appliance but I got a bill in the mail. It’s been over a month now and if you call them direct they’ll tell you they’re still working on it. I’m so disappointed with BestBuy!

Absolutely amazing experience! I brought my new gaming pc in the other day for them to turn on a setting I needed enabled for a game I play. They originally stated it would be 40 dollars for them to do it but after the person talked with what I assume was management they did it for free! Once again amazing experience highly recommend this best buy especially if you need to work on something with geek squad!

Smaller than the usual Best Buy store I am used to but overall great customer service and have what is mostly needed.

Had to get store credit for a 21.95 item because I was 4 days outside of 14 day return period. Manager Shannon wouldn't override it like the young man asked. Once I spend my store credit good buy Best Buy.

I went to purchase a home surveillance system. Turned out they had the exact one I wanted and basically on sale for half the price. The young man who assisted me was very helpful.

Always someone at the door to greet you and assist with any concerns. Never has there been a situation where I felt that the employees did not know I was there. Great management as with all Best Buy locations I've been to

Best Buy is a store you cannot call directly. If you call your local store, you will be forwarded to a call center that is outside the USA. When I went to my Best Buy store, they told me it was coprporate policiy, since covid, But, If you call and want to buy...you will get someone in the USA...not your store, but your country. They are more than happy to take your order$$$. BUT if you have a problem with your order (ONCE PURCHASED) you will get someone not in USA. And they will make your life a living nightmare. Try it. Call and say you have a problem...see who you get . Then call and say you want to purchase a tv or washer/dryer, and then you get someone in USA. I called for purchase (several times) every time, I get USA. Then I called with an issue and got someone overseas, everytime. Try it. Best Buy might be great? Really. I just must have made a mistake because I am a stupid American. Duh....but really, do not sue me, Best Buy. I am leaving this review as one person trying to help another. All my reviews (not that many) have been well received.
