“I had my van repaired there on August 1, 2023. The owner and his daughter were very professional and very personable! I was told it would be a couple of days (a day and a half). “I was calling many places for a simple inspection to get no answer and leaving messages with no call backs.In that time on the last snow storm my husband lightly crashed my jeep on the off ramp of 33, saylorsburg exit.He got home safely, minor damage but the best thing was he was okay. I needed a new rim for sure. Idk how he got home with out the tire blowing off the beed.He put on a donut so I went down the list again and again no answers. I started calling other shops and to no avail the only one to answer was Gary at Cherry Valley Auto.I explained the situation and he took me right in. He checked everything out and said I was good, no damage, but it could possibly come up with a slight bent tire rod during alignment which I needed and he didnt do.I ordered new tires with him and Gary was wonderful waiting for my rim. Once it came in he set me up with the new tires and told me to get the alignment.This is honest because he could have told me things were broken and I wouldnt have had the slightest clue.I got the alignment done with no issues, not even the bent tire rods!Holy moly was Gary right!!!!!He is a very reputable and honest mechanic shop. I will go to Gary at Cherry Valley Auto first everytime.Im so happy to establish this relationship.I called Gary back for my inspection and he said for me to bring it down with the alignment paper work and Ill have a passed inspection!!!!Cherry Valley Auto is 100% in my book and I wont go anywhere else after this experience!!!!Services: Vehicle Inspection”

I used to use them since the 80's in butler park. 2 vehicles needing custom exhaust work, (excellent prices!) 1 needed it but they saw another serious frame issue and called immediately to let me rethink spending money on it. “The car's eyesight system shutdown and caused other secondary problems. That was taken care of professionally.My Service Manager, Vincent, found other maintenence that were due and recommended repairs. I agreed to the repairs. Vincent gave me the phone number for Affirm. I received approval, but it wouldn't open for the cashier. Vincent took the EXTRA STEP and together Vincent and the Cashier resolved the problem!That extra step is what makes Ertle Subaru great and should be encouraged.”
