Went here 3/8/24 at 1pm, door sign said will be back from lunch in an hour. Cool it’s a mall so I walked around and shopped for a little considering there’s a few (not many) stores. Came back 2:30, no one there still. Called as well and no answer. If you’re going to leave for the day or be closed then just say so, otherwise waste of time. I’d listen to the real reviews about this place, seems like they don’t want to work which is apparent.

10 out 10 experience would highly recommend going here instead of the other stores in the area . They were ever helpful with the whole process of buying a new I phone .

My brother upgraded his phone. The store changed our grandfathered plan to a more expensive plan without our concent. I'll never do business with the store again.A complaint will also be filed with Consumer Protection through the PA District Attorney as well as the FCC.2/23/2024 - I emailed the person responding to this link. They emailed and said they would forward it to the district manager. I'll save everyone the suspense, they never contacted me.Consumer Protection and the FCC on the other hand, had the office of the president call and they fixed the issue.

I went there yesterday and I had the pleasure of working with Christopher. He is absolutely awesome way better than the staff at the Bartonsville, AT&T store. I would definitely recommend this store hands down.

Location is great. Forgot the gentleman's name that help with my wife's phone. Though I do have complaint about how AT&T does things. Your workers shouldn't be stuck calling the same numbers that the customers do and get that obnoxious automated voice and no access to a real person. How do you not have a work around for that? All because we got sent the wrong phones and SIM cards. At most, this could have been a 10-30 min visit and turned into 2 1/2 hours. Again, the workers are great, company, not so much

I felt very welcome and I knew I would have the assistance that I needed during the beginning. The entirety and as well as the entrance of the store was organized and tidy. There was no doubt that I was quite impressed that the gentleman went out of his way to help me resolve the issue with my phone's Internet connection. He was very instructive and explanatory. It was very helpful how the gentleman was attentive and knowledgeable. I am going come back and ask some questions about some services that I am considering such as security, regardless of the location of my residence because I know that I can depend on the retailer to troubleshoot problems! I am very happy with the experience I had!

Skip the Bartonsville store!!!!Go see Ben at Stroud Mall! Great service without all the BS!!! Chris is great too!!!The staff at the Bartonsvillle store could learn a few lessons from both these guys!

I waited a bit before my turn but Steve an associate helped me get my new phone , switch carrier turned it on and confirmed it was in working order and while helping another customer too. Super associate is what he was !!!

David Perez answered questions for over 2hrs to get me fully understanding all my options on different account and phone options. I ended up changing my account and upgraded all my phones to Galaxy S23...Chris Perez was very helpful also...Thanks to both of you ?

My spouse and I experience with Christopher Perezat at the Stroud Mall AT&T store was awesomely great. Christ was great with helping us upgrade our two iPhones and was able to do it in a great timely fashion.He was very knowledgeable, Professional and Helpful.Overall he has great Customer Service attributes.
