Just awful. Filled the wrong tank twice even though there were signs on both ( tanks are nowhere near each other) that read NOT THIS ONE and FILL THIS TANK. Lost money on our rental due to no propane to heat the pool on a holiday weekend. Hours on the phone, a dozen different service reps and managers. Unbelievable.

About a year ago you overcharged me and charged me for services that you did not actually provide and it's been impossible to get a refund. I've called many many times and nothing works. You basically stole from me.

Service isn’t the point of my dissatisfaction. I’m on auto delivery and my delivery has been too frequent. The last four deliveries have been for approximately 34 gallons in my 100 gallon tank. Thanks for not letting me run out but, the fixed cost for each delivery, $24.00 results in the cost of fuel almost double.

I was happy with my last order as I do see amerigas trying to change its image from a rude profit driven monopoly to improving the customer service. I spoke to a nice customer service agent that may have been a contractor to place my order. Amerigas had our whole community on hoa contract that was put in place for price gouging and to lock us to into unfavorable contract. We along with other neighbors went through hell from the local office to buy back our tanks that have been passed down from previous owners. Please get rid of the culture of that office and at corporate level by getting rid of staff that are rude and unfriendly. Companies that do not value customers should not be doing business.

For some reason the tanks were filled up as I ordered but the driver said he had to lock them because there was a leak.... There is no leak in my home so it has to be something with the tanks so now. I am still out of heat and cannot cook and this house is very cold and we have small children.... I called service as I was instructed To Do and have yet to hear from them.

Notice how there's no address that's because the customer service is in another country now. I was a loyal AmeriGas customer didn't mind that my price was higher because I had a local office to get help. Now I get someone who I can't understand and they expect me to pay almost double the price of other local companies.

My tank went empty because AmeriGas routinely only fills one tank on my property instead of both tanks on site. I have been trying to get this remedied for 10 years. Also price is ridiculously high compared to the state average. True price gouging. I will be looking for alternative suppliers

I have had to call 4 times to get the correct rate applied to my account and am still waiting for confirmation that it is being applied retroactively to December 22nd when I first spoke to a person “Fritz” and requested the change. I have been calling since. The change has been made, but I am waiting on confirmation of the retroactive date. As of 2/29/24 this has still not been resolved. Humorous that Amerigas sends emails “Tell us how we’re doing”, doesn’t make any difference. Then they say “We’ve updated your rate to the community discounted”, but wont honor the date it was requested 12/22/23. The phone records reflect the date of the call.

Ran out of gas had to wait at least 7 days to get gas. Had to almost beg for someone to come n it was very cold in my house. Iam a senior if I could I would change service. They wanted 300.00 dollars more on top of what I had to put in the amount if I wanted the same day. Really!!!. Anyway that's my in put ty.

The techs always do a great job. Half of the time I don’t even notice that they are there. They are like ninjas, stealthily refilling our tanks. The few times I have interacted with the techs, they have always been courteous and knowledgeable. And addressed my concerns.
