Aita did my hair for the first time on June 19th, 2024. Since this would be the first time Aita has ever braided my hair, I visited her salon two weeks before. I asked her how much it would cost to braid 60 knotless box braids that are about 18 inches long and she said $160.00 dollars. I made an appointment for June 19th, 2024. Aita was 20 minutes late for the 11:00 a.m. appointment. During her process of braiding my hair she said she would have to charge me an additional $20.00 because she needed to add more braids. I paid her $200.00 for braids ($50 deposit, $14 for the hair, $130 dollars and $6 because she did not have change). When I arrived home, I took a good look at the braids and noticed that the braids were unraveling. I then asked my husband to please count the braids, it did not seem like 80 braids. When my husband counted the braids there were only 37 braids. I called Aita and mentioned to her that there were only 37 braids and she asked me to come in the next day. I had a Cruise scheduled for Friday and Thursday, which was the day she asks me to come in although I was very busy, I still made it there. I arrived three minutes late and she had already left the salon. I then called her and mentioned that I was at the salon and her response was what would you like me to do? I paid for a service that I did not receive, and she asked me what I would like her to do. She said she never dealt with a customer like me before. I expected a professional hair braiding job and did not get it and paid $200.00 dollars for it. I was left taking all 37 braids out the night before my cruise. My advice to you is to find another braid stylist. Aita is very unprofessional.

I've been bringing my son here for over a year! And Aita is amazing... she's great on keeping her appointment times and my son has never complained he's always pleased with everything she does for me... great prices and a nice clean & friendly work space

It was my first time getting braids and I was very nervous but The Atmosphere was very warm and welcoming the staff were very friendly Aita’s work was a 20 out of 10 I’m definitely coming back

I was very satisfied with the Aita's work. She is fast, efficient and her prices are reasonable and that is coming for someone who has not done this in a long time. I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends.
