Think they did an exceptional job resetting my diamond and resizing my rings, but they were supposed to replace a clasp on a gold chain but I had to return because it was still ot closing so don't think it was replaced as contracted. They did however agree to fix it again at no charge.

Just left Adam’s Jewelry and need I said it was and excellent experience. Not only did I go there to have a watch resized, they got it done in an impeccable time frame. For my appreciation I made a fairly large purchase and they were MORE than generous on the price. GREAT PLACE TO SHOP AND PURCHASE ANY JEWELRY. Can’t wait to go back and see those guys there. Much respect!

This is an overdue review and have been contemplating it as I don’t really like leaving any negative review. I came into Adams jewelry to get my nameplate necklace done awhile ago to say the least. The quality of work mixed in with the craftsmanship was subpar compared to what I’m used to and the craftsman no longer works at their store. Once I walked out the store and came right back in after realizing how terrible my nameplate necklace had come out to the point where even the letter “A” in my name looked like an H, I was told that since I walked out there was nothing they can do. They only offered to “help” make the H look like an actual A which was the only thing I could accept. Not even a reattempt even though the whole nameplate was a disaster compared to what I designed and envisioned with one of their staff. Looking at other reviews I can see they look decent. Wish I could’ve said the same at that time. Basically, make sure not to walk out due to them acting as if they see nothing wrong with what you see and push you out the door. Stand your ground.

Bought my engagement ring and both my wedding bands from Adam’s jewelry 6 years ago and they custom made my rings with gorgeous design! Very talented and excellent quality jewelry!!!

I honestly will never come back. Long story short, I brought two VERY important rings in and asked if they would be able to put them together, they said yes. Well, I came to pick it up twice and both times the ring wasn’t sized correctly. The second time I came in the owner tried to blame it on the type of ring it was saying “oh no one else would touch it if you brought it to them”, said that “the owner should know about their own ring” then also blamed the fact that I don’t have knuckles and they didn’t notice until then (when they’ve already sized me multiple times). I get a phone call saying , oh now the heat from the fire of being resized for the second time has taken off the rose gold plating but they can put it back on.. Go to pick it up the THIRD time and one of the raw emeralds literally falls out, once again, he blames the design of the ring. Yet, when I wore the ring for the past two years it never came out? I will be posting a before picture of both rings and the after of them put together with the horrible rose gold plating he put back on. If you weren’t able to do what I asked, you shouldn’t have said yes and I would’ve found somewhere that could. Very sloppy work and very rude.

I read all your reviews it's sad that you attack the people who give you bad reviews instead of learning from them. That's very poor business. I am a local college girl who works at a very successful company. I can't even text it all. The employee was inaccurate with info, slow, rude, and very horrible at handling my jewelry. Who puts jewelry on a counter and not on a jewelry mat? Or better yet he put it on his finger and wore it around the store. Wow. What a disaster! I took my $800 ring with the ten diamonds (he just took the insurance tags off the ring so the amount was on it) and said he would give me 22$ dollars for it. I am more than happy to provide a pic. To anyone. He then said that's how "pawn shop" jewelry is. Uh..What??!! The other employees watched. 2 engagement rings (11 diamonds) they offered less than $40. They tried to also get me to agree that is wasn't 14k jewelry. Again with the pawn shop comment. I was so embarrassed. I'm sure they will say it's because the rings don't weigh alot, but don't be fooled. my silver earrings he said were rusted and not real. My gold earrings were real but only at certain angles. My 14 k ring was only 10k and then tried to pull the same thing with the one with ins tags. I kept my jewelry. Stayaway!!!

I took my bracelet in, to get it repaired they had it for a very long time, every time I called they said they were working on it, so I just decided to showed up and pick it up because they had it for so long. When I got there they told they didn’t know where my jewelry was and basically told me there was nothing they could do for me so they basically stole $500 for me I would not recommend doing business with these guys.

I called to check on my repair I dropped off that 2 months ago because they never called me back or give me a update on my piece and they said they couldn't find and hung up on me be careful with this place

Can't tell you how disappointing it is to get up plan your day according to hours of operation listed on the website only to find the store not open when it says it's open. SMH.
