I would not recommend this establishment. My father called to schedule an appointment and the person he spoke with provided him with available dates. However, there was a miscommunication about the date and time, and the response my father received was less than professional. The customer service at this place needs improvement. When my father did visit, he was given a list of repairs required to pass inspection and a recommended mechanic. With years of experience in the trucking industry, my father is very familiar with his vehicle and suspected he was being overcharged. He sought a second opinion elsewhere and discovered that the suggested repairs were unnecessary. I suggest finding a different place with honest and customer-focused employees.

Great service! Staff are cery nice and welcoming! I went for an enhance inspection and they made it very easy and quick! Affordable price! Mr. Ryan is awesome at his job, and we are very grateful for the service. I would definitely recommend the business!

Called to ask about apportioned tags to set an appointment spoke to someone who is absolutely rude. Trash, condescending and disrespectful. Save yourself the annoyance and go somewhere else. Customer service skills are missing in this company,Reply: For anyone reading this, no.. I called being extremely nice , the person on the phone was literally being condescending even mentioned how I shouldn’t be opening a business now because of the situation we’re in as if that’s any of his business. You literally do not need my MC number for absolutely anything… you asked for it because ..and I quote “I have to see this for myself”. So like I said THE RUDEST PLACE AND STAY AWAY
