The time service was being done, I traded in the car for a new Terrain. I though you might void the charges, but you did not. I received no service record with the new Terrain which had 5500 miles on it. I would like to know my next scheduled service.

It took a while to figure out what was wrong but once found my car was fixed with no issues. Bob Hoffman is wonderful and very helpful. He listens to what I have to say about the problem and is so thorough. He really makes things easy and convenient.
