The lady who works at this place has no customer service etiquette. She made a mistake and put my hard earned money into the wrong gas pump then would not let me pump any gas because I questioned her about my money. She wanted me to pay the gas I had already paid for but because of her own mistake I was not going to pay for the gas 2x she didn’t refund my money until she saw other customers were coming in to the store. Needs better employees with customer service etiquette.

The cashier at this US Gas location is the sweetest thing ever! She is so kind, friendly, welcoming, hospitable, and helpful. If we walk through the door and she is there, the vibe is just cozy. She knows how to make it feel just like coming home for Christmas. Love this spot...they always have everything we need and are open late for those kinda situations. Oh yeah...how could I forget??? The gas here is the cheapest in the area...by at least 15 cents. If you are over by Straussstown near 78 and 183... make it a point to go fill up!

Great service here. Dark Nest Travels YouTube made regular stops here while work camping. They do not sell beer, I repeat, they do NOT SELL BEER. They sell some food, pop products,. cigarettes and a small selection of cigars. Oh, yeah, they sell gas as well. Always friendly staff working.
