“Blue absolutely loves BJs Raw Pet Food. She gets so excited to go to the farm and loves coming home with so many snacks. Her favorite is the Venison Blend, this week. We also love Ultimate Mix, Premium Mix, and Raw Paw Mix to cover all the bases. Having a complete and balanced meal to feed my baby is so important to us. And at 35 min from our house to the farm you cant beat it.”

“Stopped in quickly to see what supplies they carry. They have a good selection of food, toys, enclosures, etc. for all kinds of pets, not just dogs and cats. Prices seem comparable to other local stores that sell pet supplies, so it might be worth stopping in now and then just to check it out, especially if they have any sales going on for their members (free). The staff are also very friendly and the store is well-maintained and clean. I bought a treat for my little ratties just to support the business even though I was just browsing, and I'm sure I'll be back again in the future :)”
“I will say this place is awesome! I get so many coupons! With my pack of dogs it’s very important that prices are reasonable. They tend to have treats and raw food sales all the time. Much better than shopping at petsmart. I rarely go anywhere else now.”
“This company, their people, and their products are fantastic. The coop is beautiful and sturdy. I have no doubt that it will last for many years to come. Dawn is awesome and responded to my hundreds of questions quickly. My coop was built and delivered in a timely manner and you can't beat free shipping! “We absolutely LOVE Keystone Pet Place. My family and I recently moved to Lancaster County and we were in search of a small local pet business to support. We are so excited that we discovered Keystone Pet Place!!! First and foremost the staff and service are top notch. Everyone is so kind and personable. We scheduled a full grooming appointment for our Malshi, Snuggs. Riley our groomer took her time getting to know us and was so thorough as she reviewed the store’s procedures and policies with grooming. Snuggs did wonderfully at his first appointment and transitioned so well to his new stylist. We know he’s going to be so excited for his next day out at the “puppy spa”.Malshi’s have a somewhat thick coat and require grooming at least every 6-7 weeks. I can only imagine the patience and focus it takes to cut this type of breed and no doubt Riley did such an AMAZING job.You’ll also find that Keystone Pet Place has such a wide variety of heathy pet foods and treats for various types of animals/pets. Right now…we only have a dog but I’m sure that will change sometime in the near future and we know exactly where to go to meet our future petneeds. Speaking of needs, you’ll also discover that this store has a huge variety of doggie toys and treats for any and all occasions. We were sure to stop here for Christmas gifts for Snuggs and of course all of his puppy cousins. And apparently by the Grace of God and as shown in the 2nd picture, Snuggs made it on the “Nice List” this year!!! He’s incredibly cute and sweet but quite mischievous but nonetheless it appears that Santa made a stop at Keystone Pet Place as well, lucky little guy ????. In conclusion, we highly recommend checking out Keystone Pet Place, you’ll find that this local business has owners and staff that have such caring hearts and it is quite evident that they truly care about all animals big and small ❤️.”

“I was in there Saturday 2/28 and received excellent service both times! Emma and the manager were very polite and helpful!(I hope the manager who was manually opening and closing the doors because they broke gets a pay raise?) I was at petsmart right before coming here and they were very rude there which led me going to petco. I bought a good amount of fish which two died before even getting them into my tank so I called and went and returned them with no questions asked. Thanks again to everyone there!”

“This is the best affordable kennel dog place in the entire world. Life time warranty and the best friendly customer service reps ever. My husband picked me out a beautiful baby girl. Jen was the one whom helped us first with our deposit. Then we went back two days later and Holly helped us with the actual purchase of our baby girl. This place is clean , nice and friendly and a lot of puppy buddies for you to choose from. Come get you one. I have a sweet little sweetie. And yes she is already spoiled. Clothes , love , food , huge bed , her own room and her at home furry family members. Thank you Ridgewood Kennels. “They all do a great job, from the way that store was kept in the past from other managers not caring about the appearance Just collecting a check. These girls running this place do a fantastic job, and they should be rewarded for the hard work.I have been going there for many years. Good help is hard to find,take care of the team you have, and they will take care of you. Rewards to great employees go farther than you think. It's called Retention. Keep the team you have, I have seen people working there that were not willing to take advice, that being said, The store looks great.”
