Express indeed.. Never had to wait for wash but on some days vacuuming is engaged fully. No frill wash is really quick. Maybe some deficiency in final wash, my Tesla showed soap markings on drying. Being at a busy intersection, getting in and out one has to be careful.

It’s bad enough that the inconvenient location of this car wash jams the entire intersection on Lancaster Ave, with multiple drivers trying to get in and out of this place at the busiest hours of the day but the car wash itself is not really washing any cars, just pouring foam and water over your car.
The car wash system caused multiple scratches on my car, didn’t clean anything and today (May 31, 2024 at around 9 am) my car randomly stopped in the middle of the rail during the wash and the lady behind me hit my car from the back (luckily no one was injured). The shop has voice mail, but they never call you back.

I recently visited Pete’s Express, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service! From the moment I drove in, the staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring my car received the best treatment. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with top-notch equipment that left my car sparkling clean.

This car wash is a menace to Lancaster Avenue. People traveling west on Lancaster Avenue who want to turn into this car wash will literally block an already busy intersection just so they can turn into this stupid car wash That’s just going to scratch up their car anyway. Horribly planned entrance to this place. I would love to see it closed down.

HUGE ding in the side of my car and scratches on my mirrors. Absolutely was not there prior to going through the car wash. I am so upset! This car is new!

This is the oldest of the Pete's that I go to sometimes. The vacuums are not as good as at the other locations. Today, I had to move the around to find a vacuum that wasn't clogged with orange peels and napkins. C'mon people, stop vacuuming your trash! Pick it up and put it un the can. ?

The people here are great. I had to cancel my subscription with them due to moving sadly. If you are going to frequent this spot it's easier getting the monthly plan and it's a quick in and out. I used to drop by here to get a wash before I headed into the city at night.

Be careful getting a subscription. I have attempted to cancel multiple times and someone tells me they have canceled my account yet I am still being charged.
