“Love the place. I go here for Jerkey and a Red Bull a lot, and it's never disappointing. They have really good homemade gobs, too. Would highly recommend coming here, all fresh. Best prices around town.”
“This is NOT just a corner store. This store was here for generations, and has been improved upon, and broght back to its glory. You need to go see this. Not only an old time market, but a meeting room that is like a museum. You need to go see this.
Parking: Just park in the street, not a problem.
Kid-friendliness: Children will love this place. So much history to learn, and will be both fun and educational.
Wheelchair accessibility: Guess it is. Try rolling on in. I didn't notice any obstacles.”

“I hate how Dollar General has flooded all of Yelp with stock photos of their stores. This location does not look anything like what they have posted. This location is in a plaza and the front of it is the generic plaza fronting you get anywhere. Aside from the Dollar General sign above the entrance, you wouldn't compare this to the pictures. Inside it is a bit cramped. Much like other Dollar Generals out there. They did seem to have much of the freight off the carts and stocked on the shelves. I honestly did not come in here for anything but I was with my family and towed along. Even though I did not come in here for anything I mindlessly picked up items because I thought it would be a good idea to have something. I still have the magazine that I haven't read yet. The staff were pretty great here. I unexpectedly found one of those one cent deals that you see on TikTok. The staff member at the register informed me of this and asked if I wanted to go back and get more of the item, well, yeah, of course I do. For a penny I will definitely clear out that shelf.”
“This store has always been my favorite... As a kid growing up and visiting my family in Windber,,, I was always in the store buying my favorite candies.... And I still go there to this day... Always and will be my favorite to visit.... ?”

Dark Shade Dr, Windber“Nice, small gas station with a small store. Milk, bread, small variety of canned goods. Large selection of do it yourself tobacco products. "Roll your own" place. Pleasant! Enjoy.”
“The Amish Store is just down the road from me, so very convenient and glad of it, the Amish people offer friendly service along with quite a variety and good prices, so while you're in the Shanksville area, you may want to stop and see for yourself !”
“And this place is very good for your last moment shopping orders and the workers are very respectful and positive overall a very good place to go shopping thank you have a good day.”
“Friendly and efficient customer service counter. Good handicap access and electric carts. Pharmacy lines are too long. Clean and new restrooms. Has markdown items available. Easy parking. Cashiers are friendly, however, frequent errors and manager overrides for all coupons causes delays. Otherwise, ok”

234 E Main St, Somerset“I like the store. I always shop there, but I picked up a toaster today. The tag on the shelf said it was $11. When the cashier rang it up, it came to $12 plus tax. I said the tag on the shelf says $11. No response. I said that it has a different price on the shelf. No response. She takes my money and says, Have a nice day. I said, I guess it doesn't matter what I said. I know it was only $1, but I was totally ignored.”
