I usually have a good experience here, but not this time. They had ladders out in at least 2 different aisles, just sitting in the middle of the aisles, with nobody around using them. They were blocking the path as well as some of the items I was shopping for. The animals cages were also disgusting! The birds water was brown with food & poop in them & the poor rats food was full of poop. The ferrets cage was also dirty & smelled really bad. I'm not sure what was going on at this location the day I was there, but I've never seen it like that before. ? I will update my review the next time I visit. Hopefully I have a better experience.

Anna (maybe Hannah with blondish hair) was a huge help to me and my family while picking out a leopard gecko for my daughter.
She should be recognized for her great and kind work and dedication to pets!

It was very crowded with "stuff", the aisles are narrow and I couldn't find what I wanted, but I bought a dog food that was on sale.
There were more employees there than customers.
The cashiers at checkout were very helpful and friendly.

Very friendly staff and willing to help you even when you didn't want it. Prices suck sell very unhealthy food for my animals and I wish that they would not sell anything that is harmful and unhealthy to our pets overall good place

This has been only the place i can find the freeze dried kibble at an affordable price. And it's a nice way to teach my rescue proper socializing with calm dogs since he's a fearful rescue

I was greeted immediately with a hello and big smile. I was looking for some specialty items and not only did they have them but I was given good feed back on the products. The store is very clean and the animals and fish are obviously well cared for. Check out was quick, easy and pleasant.
