I visited the store again after having removed the services from my account online The visit was to confirm that indeed the services were removed and to discuss this deceptive business practice. The staff there at the time listened attentively, reviewed my account and assured me that this is not their normal business practice and that the additional services were removed from my account. “Fiorella was absolutely amazing! She provided us with quick service, high quality customer service, kindness, continued helping us until we were completely satisfied. The police came in during our visit due to an unsatisfied customer (he had to wait and wasn't happy even though she politely told him that he needed to wait his turn because all the associates were busy with other clients) when she finally did go over to help him he tried making her wait and she walked away to avoid conflict, he angrily left the store and called the police. She handled it with such professionalism and then continued to assist us as if nothing happened.”
