Late orders, no one answers the phone, no one returns voicemail box messages, no one is ever there at 9 am or 10 am or 11 am when I have stopped to find out what is going on with my order! I do not believe anyone listens to the voicemail messages. I never received the t-shirts until after they were needed. What is the point of that? This experience was could not be more disappointing. A complete waste of time and money.

I haven’t met such disrespectful customer service and employees in my whole life. They messed up an order of shirts and it was late. I needed them for a party. When I called the number they didn’t answer and they didn’t respond the my message. The hours say that it’s 9-5, but they are never there. And after all of this I lost so much money in the process. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone.

What compels me to write this review is the awful service provided by this company. The t-shirt orders that I have made with this company are consistently past the agreed upon date of completion, the orders are consistently short of the agreed upon number of t-shirts. My secretary has called leaving numerous messages inquiring about such things as stated above and more and even though the voicemail message states the call will be returned No One ever returns these calls. One thing that has become abundantly clear is the person who runs this business always has an excuse. Nothing is ever their fault. Obviously, when answering a phone call and returning a phone call is too much trouble and the orders are consistently short of said number of t-shirts and consistently late, the problem is the person who refuses to take responsibility. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

My husband goes here to get his business t- shirts and hoodies printed and every time they are AWESOME!!!! The woman is very professional and a pleasure to work with !!!! I would definitely recommend her and will continue to do business with her!!!!

I messaged them on facebook asking about screenprinting prices.. I explained very clearly, what I needed, how many colors, exactly where on the tshirts that needed print, and quantity of tshirts I needed done, and they didnt respond.I didnt know companies could afford to ignore potential customers these days. How do you not have one person from your company check your social media channels every weekday? Makes no sense. Welp, looks like I am going to their Pottstown competitor.

Don't recommend dealing with Mike. He had me pay in full and months later I still don't have a completed order. He told me it would only take a couple days but weeks and weeks later only received partial order and now the loser won't even return or answer phone calls. But the rest of the staff has been helpful.
