Phil, who is the shop owner, is extremely knowledgeable, very fair when it comes to pricing and costs, and explains any issues/repairs very well when taking to him.I recently ran into a situation where I was a couple days away until my yearly inspection expired. I called Phil and explained the jam I was in on account of my own lack of paying attention. He told me he happened to have availability the same day and I was able to bring my car in. He even recommended an early oil change while he had my car since I was only a hundred miles or so away from needing one. I very much appreciated the forethought in Phil’s recommendation for the oil change. Had an issue with dash fan motor and brought car to three different places including the dealer. Not one of them could fix it. A friend recommended J&H and I'm so glad they did. They not only fixed it but were very reasonably priced so I'm happy. Also have had them do oil changes, inspections replace headlights. Top notch all the way. Wouldn't bring my car anywhere else.
Even if you have to drive a little farther than you normally want to, J&H is worth the trip.”
