I sell items on eBay and Amazon. I spend thousands of dollars per year on shipping and have never had an issue until I started using this post office.At other PO’s, I’ve been able to trust that if I drop off my packages, they will scan the item as soon as they get a chance. At this post office, if you don’t physically see them scan it, you are risking having them not digitally “accept” the package. This could, and did result in multiple eBay packages being marked as “late” because they never got scanned on the day I dropped them off.That’s the reason I wait in line now, and make the guy physically scan each package in front of me.I’m leaving this review now because I’m sick and tired of the guy at the front counter giving me attitude for wanting a receipt for the past year and a half.If you can’t simply give someone a receipt with a smile, maybe customer service isn’t for you.

This is my favorite post office; staff is always friendly and helpful. Never had an issue here.

Great post office! I just wish they would change the lunch break to 12:30 instead of 11:30… or even 12-1.

I found the employees at this post office extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions. They also helped me with my package and to understand how specific aspects worked when shipping. From the moment I walked into this post office until the second I was getting ready to leave, they treated me with respect, were friendly, and made sure I didn't need anything else. I couldn't have been happier with the service provided here. I plan on becoming a returning customer.

Only issue is that the people behind the desk go to lunch at the LITERAL most inconvenient (or should I say most convenient) time imaginable. Every day from 11:30-12:30 the post office is packed, yet all workers are gone. 11:30 is way too early to be starting an hour lunch smack dab in the middle of the day

Excellent Service, My Go-To Post Office: I live in Nazareth and that p.o. is excellent, as well, but I usually go to Stockertown since it is much more along the routes I travel. The parking in Stockertown is DREAMY. There is a huge, always nearly empty parking lot in the rear, and the service at the p.o. is always top-notch. This place is a hidden treasure.

The manager was extremely rude and spoke to me with an attitude. I've been a customer there for 9 years and had NEVER been spoken to the way I was today. Very disappointed and filing a complaint.
