I have lived in my zip code for almost 24 years and have had numerous problems with delivery and customer service. I'm sharing the most recent cause I am so fed up with the incompetence and sheer laziness I've seen for over 20 years, I was supposed to have 2 packages delivered from the same company on the same day..... one gets delivered and the other doesnt for some reason, when I go to the office to pick up said package they can't find it and the tracking number I had wasn't working..... so I left without my package.... long story short, the carrier was too lazy to get out of the vehicle to put it on the porch because with the other package it wouldn't fit in the mailbox and the woman at the office was putting in the tracking number wrong cause when I did it myself it worked. And this is just one of MANY issues over the years. Horrible service all around.

That post office needs local people working & not inner city folk! The way Mary runs that front desk is ridiculous. I have never met a more arrogant person who thinks she is above everyone else. I am sorry but snapping fingers at me & then laughing when i call in about a package that was received but not delivered or available for pickup? I have had too many run ins with her to not finally come here and leave feedback. We are not in Baltimore so please stop talking to us like we are.

I received a shipping update through usps stating my package was being held at the Stewartstown Post Office, so before driving out of my way I called to confirm that they had it. The lady on the phone had absolute horrible customer service skills talking to me like I'm stupid saying "they don't deliver to me" I obviously know that, I've lived in my home for over a year now, but my Usps says they have my package so that's why I called. She had to ask me for my address three times before actually listening to what I was saying and then after she realized I was correct all she had to say was "that's weird" I understand holidays are the busiest time of the year but that doesn't mean you get to speak to people how you please. So glad I don't have to deal with this post office on the daily.

Unprofessional, rude and lazy!!!!! Lost 31 out of 37 wedding invitations. Delivery personnel fly down our 25mph street are rude and disrespectful!!!! Wth happened to decent human beings?!

I don't understand how this post office got that high of a rating unless it's because of the one young lady with the braid's ( you rule ) that knows what's going on in that building? And if you miss your package good luck finding a pink slip saying that you did or you'll just never know......

The employee at the counter was extremely rude. I had a few questions about printing labels and her response was " usually people know how to do that and have there own printer to do so". It was my first time trying to send something through posh mark. I then asked for a package that was waiting for me she said I needed the email, again in a rude tone. I asked her why she was getting an attitude with me when I was asking for help. Her reply was that's your problem not mine. I'll never return there.

Posting for Postmaster visibility .. Poor service just getting worse of late. Packages crammed in mailboxes too lazy to walk up to the porch? Arguing with Customers when they provide actual, factual tracking info. Generally uncooperative and unfriendly to the extent of hanging up on Customers.

Are never able to deliver even one-day or two-day shipping packages on time. Extremely inefficient and ineffectual.

These people are jokes. They throw your packages on the porch and place packages upside down that clearly says “put up right” and drives through my yard ripping up my grass thy place packages in front of my garage (where we could run them over if we specifically looking for a box). Also, I received a package yesterday that was almost completely open. I extremely recommend finding someone else to deliver your packages or picking them up yourselves.
