“Post Master Eric is incredibly helpful! I have lived in Glen Rock for almost 9yrs, and he has always helped me when I have a problem. We live back in the woods, and not the easiest house to find, so his help has been a relief for me over the years. I really appreciate him, and all his hard work.”

“UPDATE--To me, things seem much better now at this store. I am a regular customer and the last several times I have been in for a return or shipping the staff has been welcoming and very helpful. Even the owner, with whom I had a difficult experience, seems to be more relaxed and pleasant. I hope that is true and that things continue to improve.”

“So now they don't consider new freedom mail "local ". What's up with that. Has to go to Harrisburg in order to be counted since they are paid by the piece. And now their new delivery vehicles take up most the parking. What about the patrons. Worst customer service ever. Been a resist for almost 50 yesrs..”
