So far this has been a horrible experience. I called the store yesterday ( thursday) with a prescription for a rescue inhaler for my cat. There is a reason it is called a “rescue inhaler”! the employee i spoke to told me they can get the med and to bring in the prescription so i went there right away. I got a different woman and that woman was too busy giving her attention to a faulty fax machine. she blew me off with an unconcerned attitude, refused to even check the system to see if and when she could get the med, took my paper script from me and told me id get a text in a short while. It’s now Friday after midnight and no text. Now i have no script and no idea if they are filling the script. Im very upset! And ill be a day behind in getting this rescue med if they don't fill the script

Folks, this place is understaffed and overworked as it relates to the pharmacy. Despite this; that doesn’t give them the right to be rude to people waiting for their prescriptions. Hey corporate, it may be time for some customer service training and maybe hire a few more folks to work in the pharmacy since they are so overwhelmed.

Rite Aid Stewartstown has very good customer service, friendly and a staff willing to help you, also it has a great pharmacy department. Works fast to fill prescriptions, also does vaccinations and immunizations. Please keep this Rite Aid open, it is of great value to our area.

Walked in to buy a sympathy card. Went to the back counter and no one was there. So I went to the counter where you pick up prescriptions and she asked why I didn’t go to the front. I said no one was there. She said you should have rung the bell. How rude. No you should make sure someone was there waiting on people.

Friendly store with a nice small town atmosphere. Over-the-counter medications are very over-priced Atleast when compared to other locations or pharmacys. Even the privately owned ones

Felt really cared for when pharmacist found a savings card that saved me alot of money. Very professional staff and never a long wait for service or shots.

I've been going to Rite Aid since it was "Reads" in Timonium MD. I use the branch in Stewartstown Pa exclusively now. I tried the CVS in Shrewsbury, but I never had the feeling that they were looking out for me. I take many prescriptions due to a heartattack. The employees there are amazing and we know them on a 1st name basis. Fantastic store. Thank you.
