Long story short, went to a shoe store. Store did not have the correct size so we asked to have them delivered. Told it would take up to a week, not a show stopper. Believe it was 4 days later, went to take the dogs out, and sitting on the front step was a package. Feeling through the bag it was in, I could feel the box completely destroyed. Now, yes the shoes were fine, but what if she wanted to store the shoe in the box... I know stop your crying, guess it falls under principal. I just expected better from a big name delivery company

Always professional, helpful, kind, and courteous. I have utilized this facility more than once and I always impressed with the level of knowledge and helpful employees. They are also extremely conscientious of keeping everything as clean as possible during this latest flu--novel Coronavirus--outbreak. Kudos to the employees, etc.! I recommend this facility for faxing, printing, coping, shipping, and more. Their hours of operation are very helpful for those of us who work, have family, and more. A great place to go for all of your shipping, etc. needs. Thank you to the hard working employees of FedEx!

This is the only FED Ex that I have been too and choose to go to. I never had an issue with picking up packages from there until today. I noticed overtime they started "cracking" down on the way you pick up your package which is fine. You need your ID and the tracking number was the latest update that I have heard from being asked while I was there each time. But today the Store Manager was there and I saw her looking at my ID and package and I told her yea it is a different address. I told her the address that was on my package and she told me that she cant release it to be because the address didn't match. Forget me having the tracking number and my ID. She told me that the only way I could get it was to have something with this address on it or someone from that address had to come pick it up. So I laid out different scenarios and she didn't really have a lot to say. I told her I never heard that and that I always needed an ID and the number. I asked her when it started and she says for several months, when was the last time I got something from there. January. so it is not like it was that long ago. I told her who is usually there and she said well then there is a training issue there. WELL .. that is not my problem, sorry to say. Ive worked enough in customer service to know that there are certain things that you do not pin on a customer when it is your staff. Get it together over there. Communication is key.
