Elite installed a water pump, timing chains, an a/c servo flap, plugs, 1 coil pack, 1 side mirror glass, changed the oil, flushed the coolant system and inspected my vehicle. This all was done for 100.00 more than the dealer quoted me for the water pump alone! I have had my vehicle back for 5 days and it runs perfectly. I would highly recommend Elite!

I wish all businesses ran like Elite.
I have lived in Stewartstown for more then 30 years.
Over the decades, I have tried most, (if not all) of the automotive repair shops within 20 miles of Stewartstown.
I was searching for an honest shop that would take care of my vehicles - as if they were their own.
My search ended with Elite and for the last 2+ years the Elite team has taken care of my vehicles.
I want quality repairs and competitive pricing, sure. But, with the ever-increasing complexity of today’s vehicles, unforeseen issues are bound to come up.
The way in which Elite handles them, makes them real professionals, NO.... it makes them - Elite.

Truly happy with the service provided wonderful job on my vehicle! Everything came out just fine. No issues with vehicle. Truly happy with the quality of service! They truly went above and beyond. They were able to drop me off and also drop off my vehicle which nobody has done before. I truly appreciate that!!!! I truly look forward working with then again!!!

My wife's RAV 4 a/c was not working. We had never had any work done at Elite but wanted to try them as their online reviews were great. Plus, they are just down the road from where we live. When my wife dropped the car off, the owner drove her home so she didn't have to sit there and wait. They figured out what the issue was and offered us options for the repair. We felt the prices were reasonable and we had them complete the job. Now the a/c works just like new! We will definitely go back when we need more service.

Had to take in due to slow leak in tires. Got two tires installed at Elite Auto Works Stewartstown. Very pleased with price and quality of work.Great customer service too. Loved the dogs?

I am a widow and moved to Stewartstown 2019. So I needed car repair I could count on and competitive prices. Autoworks is that and more!Autoworks was referred to me by family member. I went there for first PA inspection and have been going there for anything re my Highlander, since. They are trustworthy, efficient, super friendly and show concern for their customers.

We’ve used this place for a few years for annual inspections and tire work on our Tesla 3 and BMW 550i and we were happy, but I won’t be back and can’t recommend these guys anymore.
The power steering went out on my BMW. My appointment was for Monday and it took them until Wednesday to figure out they didn’t know how to work on the adaptive steering system, and they even said they probably didn’t have the right tools.
They then charged me about $100 for their “research”.
They also claimed there wasn’t a pump available in the entire US for it.
I’d have respected that if they’d have admitted it earlier. I’d much rather they admit it than try something they shouldn’t and then break it worse. 3 days to figure out they couldn’t work on it is a bit excessive though.
I’d have been fine with paying a diagnostic fee if they’d have done the work, or even if I had decided I didn’t want them to do the work. They took $100 to google some things and then tell me they couldn’t do it basically.
I had it towed to the dealership up in York and told them what these guys said. They looked in the parts system and immediately found a pump available just outside of Philadelphia and more around the US. I don’t know why Elite tried to scare me or if they really don’t have great access to parts.
If all you ever need is annual inspections and tires mounted these guys may be OK, but I can’t trust them with any real work anymore.
