We have had nothing but an amazing experience with the last two years that we have rented two storage units here. The office staff are friendly and helpful, and the units are clean and easy to access. We would absolutely recommend renting from Lock-er Room Mini Storage.

Very unprofessional. We left several voice messages inquiring about renting a storage unit. We have never received a reply. Yes, their website looks good but with such poor customer service, this would not be a recommended business. Very unprofessional.

Very clean. Very reasonably priced. 2 employees, Amanda and Ernie, came to our rescue, when my husband fell at our site.They got him up and closed up everything for us. They went above and beyond. I appreciate the good service here.

I called three times about getting a storage unit. Their voicemail indicates they have business hours Monday through Friday. My call was during business hours all three times. Nobody answered and nobody ever called me back after leaving two messages. I was really excited about the options on the website but now I'm a disappointed potential customer. The website looks professional but the service is not professional.

Locker Room has reasonable pricing and decent service. I've been with them for the better part of a year now and have no complaints. Their office seems somewhat disorganized, but their core infrastructure is good and their staff is honest. A few times my payments were late because of a card replacement that I kept forgetting to save(oops!). Each time I got a polite phone call within a business day and no late fees. There are a few cameras in place, but it does seem like there are a lot of areas without any coverage. Overall I would recommend them to anyone who needs short or long term storage, ranging from a closet to large, work garages with lighting and power.
