Paid with 20 for mediocre car wash. Told me there was no change and to see the office. This was about a week ago. I have stopped in multiple times at different times of the day and there has never been anyone in the office. Scam business

Paid for a wash and got a rinse. Only time the water seemed to have any soap in it was during the clear coat protectant stage. Options stated I was paying for an under body wash and the underbody wash didn’t even come on when I entered the tunnel. I reached out to the email that is posted on site and they sent me a picture of my white wet vehicle and stated it was clean. Any vehicle looks clean when it’s wet from 50 feet away. Would not recommend you are better off spraying off your vehicle with a low pressure garden hose.
Since I can’t reply to your reply below. If you are 10 feet away from a full size truck you couldn’t get a picture of the whole thing in one frame. Also you keep dodging the fact that I paid for a underbody wash and it never even came on. I hope people use this review as an example of how poor your customer service is. I wasn’t surprised when I found other reviews just like mine on here but we all must be liars.

The wash was good but #4 vacuum didn't work. The phone # on the website forwards to a # that has nothing to do w/ the business. Sent email with no response. Vacuum didn't suction & stop button didn't work. Charged my cc for no service. ?
Am changing my review as they emailed back right away & are refunding. It went to my spam. Sorry

Spot free rinse my a$$!!!! This used to be a decent car wash, I don't know what happened. #1 They don't take quarters anymore ? #2 it's a $5 MINIMUM for self serve and you don't get much time. #3 It doesn't do a good job, barely any soap came out when "soap button" is pressed water spots everywhere! I spent over $20 for a car that looks worse than when it went in! Extremely disappointed.

So sorry to post this publicly but all shampos in the pet wash were empty. We could find no phone numbers on site or on Google Maps to call and report it so it could be taken care of without this public post.

I used this facility on 5/24/24. I paid cash and was printed a receipt that said underpayment, please show this to the cashier for your refund. No cashier was around so I emailed. I don’t have Venmo or cash app, so they told me to go back over during the week, that someone is usually there by 930. I went today at 1030 and nobody was around. I’m very frustrated at the fact I have to go again and that there is no reason why these machines should not have a sufficient amount of change in them.
I feel something else should be given to compensate the inconvenience of having to run back over again to get my change
Very unsatisfied customer at this point

Never felt like I wasted money for a car wash until I left this establishment paid for the most expensive no touch car wash and it left more dirt spots on my car as if I ran through water puddle. I do not recommend spending a dollar on automatic car wash, then at the end of the dry process I wasn’t even completely out the bay and had 25 seconds remaining in the dryer shut off so basically spent additional 20 minutes drying the dirt on my car. Couldn’t remove Bird poop ?

When you have a problem they do not have a real phone number to contact them and the one on their website does not work. When you do find a way to contact them they are very rude and the touch less car wash does not get your car clean at all. I will never return here.
