“Back in December I got door dinged in a parking lot. I swung by the first week of January to get a quote from Bumpers Etc. and discovered the shop was closed for cleaning/refreshing. Regardless of the fact that they were closed, the owner Nate still came out and talked to me and gave me some options for repair (the first sign of good customer service!).I called back the next week and spoke to Dustin to set up my car for a PDR (pointless dent repair) and paint touchup on the dinged spot. Dustin was pleasant to talk to and very helpful in getting the appointment set up.The following week I brought my car in for the PDR and paint touch-up. The next day I received the call that the repair was completed. I went to pick up the car and noticed the paint touchup was not completed. I called and spoke to Nate, and through our conversation I realized I has miscommunicated with Dustin when I set up the appointment and had only set up the PDR. Even though the paint touchup not being completed was 100% MY fault, Nate insisted on owning it and taking care of it for me on his dime.Through quality repair work and exemplary customer service, Bumpers Etc. has gained a customer for life (although hopefully I don't have to visit them much ?)! I can't express enough my satisfaction with my experience at this shop and highly recommend them to anyone in need of body work for their vehicle!Thank you to Nate & Dustin and the entire Bumpers Etc. team!”

“Just over a year ago I made the four hour drive with a friend from Richmond, VA to New Holland to Martin's to buy a truck I had only seen online and via pictures and video messages their salesman sent me. To say I was nervous about going that far to buy a $28k truck from a dealer I had very little info on us an understatement.I am happy to say that the truck was 100% as described and Martin's was great to work with. “I recently had to use Paul's auto body shop for a fender bender incident along with a hit & run that all occurred in less than a week of one another. I was given an estimate by the insurance adjuster. It did not include the damage from the hit n run but Paul's auto body did an amazing job.fixing everything. The only thing, I did have to call everyday for an update. I was quoted a two day turnaround time by the adjuster but I didn't get my car back for 5 days. I didn't ask for a rental car since I was off work those two days. This was my fault but I was getting a bit frustrated with the big delay. I was very happy with the results I've I did get my car back. I definitely works recommend this body shop to my family and friends. THANK YOU PAUL'S BODY SHOP FOR DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB ?”
