“My wife and I were traveling through the area on our way home from vacation when our car broke down. Hundreds of miles from home and knowing no one, we were referred to John by one of his customers who recognized our predicament. One phone call later and John agreed to take a look and see if he could help. We were able to limp to his shop where the car died in the parking lot. The end of the story; two hours later, my wife and I were on our way home. John went out of his way to fix the car while we waited. John could have taken advantage of the situation but he didn't.
