Couldn’t pick up my package because i wasn’t able to sign for it. Man at the desk said i could contact company and have them remove the signing requirement. Instead of giving me any time, they immediately had the package returned to sender. Worst experience i’ve ever had and i don’t know how any of those guys still have a job.

I was home the whole day waiting for the package which requires signature. At 4 pm it says "failed attempt because receiver was not available", but no one knocked on the door, rang the doorbell, nor called my phone. The warehouse does not have a number I could reach to; it is impossible for me to actually talk to a human being. Worst company ever.

Never tell you when they have dropped off a next day delivery amongst 30 other packages.very poor customer service and impossible to talk to a human being about anything. One of the worst companies on the planet and this location is their worst. They are completely incompetent and do not care.

Package came into your facility early in the morning (Friday) and was sitting there all day, just to be reschedule for delivery on Monday, when original delivery was suppose to be Friday. Why is that? Why couldn't it get delivered on Friday? Because of this inconvenience, I called customer service to see if I can pick up the package, but was denied, as only option is it pick it up next business day, which is Monday. Very unfortunate and unacceptable.

My friend worked at this location. He said nearly every package is THROWN several times. He also said he was worked so hard taking items out of a truck, he nearly threw up. He said turnover was constant and scheduling was horrible. I bring this up because I've gotten packages that look like they were drop kicked. No AC in brown trucks, new guys get old trucks with no gps.

Weekend drivers from this facility MAKE NO ATTEMPT TO DELIVER my packages, they just mark my HOUSE as "The receiving business was closed and delivery has been rescheduled for the next business day." I call UPS and they assure me that someone from this facility will call me WITHIN A HOUR but NO ONE EVER CALLS. This has happened MULTIPLE TIMES, someone needs to be held accountable for this poor service.

There is no way to change a delivery option to have the package held at the store via Amazon, secondly, UPS has left packages out in the open during rain which caused the product inside to get ruined. We have told UPS to set items close to door to prevent this but for whatever reason they prefer to place them right on the ground in the complete open. Ok service, but I’ve had greater success through FedEx.

Apparently my Amazon package was delivered through UPS today. After two days of it being “out for delivery”, it finally showed up today. The front had obviously been ripped open though, and it wasn’t done in a way the looked like an accident. I assume one of their workers is going through people’s packages. To make matters worse, it’s basically impossible to make a complaint to UPS. They have the worst customer service line I’ve ever dealt with, and their actual “file a claim” function gives you no option to actually give information. Seems like they don’t want to deal with the horrible people they employ who are going through packages and, presumably, looking for things to steal. I’m going to be sending stuff to my parents’ house in a different area from now on to make sure it doesn’t get delivered by the people here.

Unable reach a human. Automated phone system is a joke. I missed my delivery for my medication that I have to sign for even though I was home. I tried to reach someone so that I could hopefully pick up the medicine because it is a temperature controlled dose. Redo your phone system.

The Phone: (800) 742-5877 they show for this location is WRONG! It is just another generic UPS number.
