Nice guys at the front desk. The service area doesn't have a place for you to pull inside so you just park and give them your keys. The wifi is really fast so if you need to catch up on work while you wait you can.Service: Vehicle Inspection

It seemed to take a really long time for a 10k service 1.5 - 2 hrs. They changed some settings on my car and didn't return it to the current settings I had left it in.

Finished service almost an hour ago but never called to me. Have to wait and so exhausted to ask when it will be finished. It was already finished almost an hour ago!!

Whenever I purchased a Toyota I asked Joel Confer for a quote and they were never forthcoming. Thus I purchased my cars in Dubois and Altoona. Since I live in SC, I get my new cars serviced at Joel Confer (as long as the work is covered by Toyota). You walk into a cold and empty-feeling showroom with antique cars and walk to the service desk. They have been friendly. When you pick up the car you have to go to the cashier who knows nothing about cars or any details about the work performed, and if you have any specific questions, you need to stand in the service line again. Today one parts person was very helpful and the other was useless.

Their voice system puts you through several selection steps only to connect you to a live person who asks you what you want to talk to and who then connects you to a line that rings several times and asks you to leave a message.

I got my BMW inspected on 11/30/20, and they told me I had break light issues when I did not have any issues before. Then I get my car back the next day and the bulb light was on my dashboard even though it was not on before I took my car in to get inspected. I immediately called them to ask about it and they sent me to voicemail. I left a voicemail and it has been 2 days and they still have not contacted me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND JOEL CONFER DEALERSIHP. They take advantage of you and try to screw you over to get more money in their pockets. Joel Confer dealership is very inhumane and pratice unethical business.

Excellent experience with recent lease of a Toyota Sienna. Michael was an excellent salesman. Friendly, no pressure, helpful, and efficient. We test drove a brand new Sienna with only 1 mile on the odometer on Friday and brought it home Monday. Financing was easy and everyone was very helpful. We are incredibly happy with our experience
