Professional, fast, helpful in making the best selection for my needs. Also great for my sister when her car got a flat during her visit here. Tires they ordered for me came in on time and they called exactly when they promised.

Was driving to Penn State for New Student Orientation and had a total blow out about 20 miles from campus. A bit exotic of a tire and Tire Town was able to locate and have it shipped over night so I could leave as scheduled the next day. They went above and beyond to get it done and also made a great effort to get me new front tires as well (also not stocked everywhere) as they needed to be replaced. Got a text the next day making sure I had arrived home safely. What an absolute shining example of the way a business should be run. Extremely friendly as well. If there was a sixth star I would give it to them.

Had a blow out while traveling from WNY. They were friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and they had my uncommon sized tire in stock!! Definitely a 6 out of 5!

Quality work. Always good customer service agents behind the desk, in my 25 years of experience with them. They give the best advice, but no hard-sales. If your car needs something that's out of their purview, they'll recommend another shop (which coincidentally is also highly rated on Googlemaps). Frequently busy, you pay for the best, but they're not out of line. Clean seating and drinks are available if you're willing to wait on your car, but it could be a few hours.

Absolutely incredible human beings. So patient and so kind. They don't mess around though, what you need done gets done. Super fair pricing! I had SO much work done and they were absolutely wonderful. Single mother of a soon to be 16 year old boy, server wages and I promise, my car will go nowhere else moving forward!

Service was nice and efficient. Price was very typical for an alignment on my Astro van. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for other services.
