“Professional, fast, helpful in making the best selection for my needs. Also great for my sister when her car got a flat during her visit here. Tires they ordered for me came in on time and they called exactly when they promised.”

“I left my wallet in my cart out in the parking lot and didn't realize it for over an hour. It was turned in I'm sure by an employee gathering the carts and everything was the same as I left it, I am so thankful!”

“HONEST. I was on a long family trip when I heard terrible noise coming from the right rear of the car. I pulled into Bastian well away from home desperate for a fix. I expected I'd need a rear suspension job that would cost me over $1,000, and I would have paid it. They had me over a barrel. But the technician checked everything and took great care to rule out possibilities. He concluded the noise was coming from how we loaded the trunk! It wasn't the suspension after all. The manager charged me $27.83 for the diagnosis. I was amazed and so grateful.”

“I scheduled an appointment online and got an email confirmation the very next day. They took my car right into the shop (a/c problems) and they were able to figure out exactly what the issue was. I was short $10 and they were able to take down the price for me to be able to fix the air conditioning since it was summer time and HOT! Super quick service, friendly environment, and we only waited in store for an hour. I highly recommend!”

“Tire Town recommended Peak's for engine repair. Peak's didn't have to go too deeply into the engine, but they fixed it and took it for a test drive. They showed me the bad part when I went to pick up my car, and explained that the engine with 105k miles was as good as new again. Now, it's up to 113k, and doing fine. Engine work is expensive; you heard it here first. But $1800 was cheaper than having to get a new car.”

“I called Pep boys this afternoon about my car having a cylinder misfire, they initially told me i could come in on Thursday, but as soon as I mentioned my car shutting off in the middle of the road, they told me to come in first thing tomorrow morning. Shawn was so understanding and kind about my situation and I am so appreciative and thankful for his help.”
