Stopped in to get a free screen protector since I purchased the P360 insurance plan. Was told by guy who identified himself as manager that stores are no longer allowed to order them for customer if item is out of stock. Was told I had to call 611 and order it myself. That was a surprise to me since other stores have ordered them for me and had them shipped for free to my house. Guess what? He was WRONG! Called 611 and was told by CS that they are not authorized to order free replacements and I have to get free screen protector through the store. If CS orders it, there's a charge. Inept, incapable, incompetent guy should be fired. You'll waste your precious time and expensive gas going to this location.

We have been customers for about two years at this location. We have always received excellent customer service there. The “angry” short manager was not angry and quite personable. She helped us to receive a promotion for new watches. We can tell she cares about her job. She is respectful and even chose to wear a mask when she was feeling under the weather. Highly recommend this store.

Unacceptable follow up visit to this store by angry Female manager. She was quick to terminate my wifi service after being reassured that my issue would be resolved by customer service the prior evening. I have been a customer for multiple years and have never been treated so inappropriately. I have no idea how this individual is allowed to represent the company given her lack of professionalism.

This was my first time at this T-mobile; and I will be back! Kort was the one I dealt with and she was absolutely awesome! She had patience, was more than willing to help explain everything to me, and was super professional!

I visited this store recently to take advantage of promotions for my plan, but the store manager displayed unprofessional behavior. She was uninformed about the promotions and resisted providing them, suggesting we use an old cell and dismissing our feedback. After repeated explanations, she finally agreed that the promotion was only applicable to a specific type of equipment, leaving us with limited options. This rude behavior was unexpected from a store manager, and it was disappointing.

What happened to the old staff and management that used to be here? Every time I go in it's some short angry lady using the word re*****d in her vocabulary constantly with kids close by! Unacceptable!

angel & another employee, a younger guy helped me for seriously three hours straight after lots of issues with my old phone. they were so patient & kind. they tried everything & were so sweet about it. literally the best customer service ever:,)

Wow try to switch from aat to T mobile but the sales first did wanta get up ( not one person in the store) then thought it was funny that I thought I would get a free phone to sign a new plain. RUDE

I bought a new phone last month. The employee falsely claimed that there was a promotion for a pair of free AirPods with my purchase. However, I was charged for them. She also added Protection360 to my plan although I did not ask for it. This resulted in 2 $25 charges before I realized and cancelled it. When I called the manager he said he would get to the bottom of it. But when I called again, they did not answer my calls (they have Caller ID). When I called from a different phone they immediately answered and put the manager on who then promptly hung up on me.
