Poor quality garage service I had to ask when my vehicle was done four hours later for an oil change in an inspection there after another service oil corals replaced and trailer modular replaced $1300 later I had to ask when my truck was done a day after no service discount present warranty, not valid not a happy camper

Do not use for vehicle inspections or repair work. New to PA from MI. Inspection failed - they wanted over $5,500 to fix it. Delco part costs marked up more than 100% of what you can buy them elsewhere for. Drove car back to MI - my mechanic fixed everything for under $2k. I came back for reinspection. They then told me that it failed inspection because the wipers were streaking. Amazing they were fine less than 3 weeks earlier and had been replaced 9 months ago. They also reiterated that I had a bad seal on the front end but it didn't need to be fixed for inspection. I ran to store and bought new wipers and brought them to them. They actually said they would put in for free and pass me. I then asked about the bad seal as my mechanic in MI fixed that as well because they mentioned it on the first inspection. I had the receipt and called my mechanic to verify. He confirmed the part had been replaced a week earlier. Stocker then put the vehicle on a lift and cleaned the area - no leak was found. Be careful because they see buildup and tell you that you have a leak - they didn't see an actual leak - my mechanic hadn't cleaned all the buildup off the area when he replaced the part. They also said the car was rusty underneath and may get a hole in the frame and the car wouldn't pass inspection next year and told me the worst area. I took it to a local shop in State College and they said the frame was in good shape for a MI car and didn't believe it was at risk for a frame hole based on their inspection and my mechanic in MI confirmed the same thing. My mechanic in MI said if I ever had a problem he would just weld on a plate and spay it with undercoating if that ever happened and a small hole in a frame doesn't mean trash the car. PA is fueling business for the repair shops and many people are getting ripped off from what I can see. I come from a GM family and several work at corporate - I know what it should cost for a repair and when a diagnosis seems wrong. This will likely be the last time I use a dealership unless it is for warranty work on a new vehicle.

During a busy time when, because I had incorrect information about needing an appointment, needing an estimate they squeezed me in instead of requiring an extra trip. Really appreciate the effort they made! Make an appointment!

I took my car there for a repair that cost $300. Within three hours of leaving their parking lot the problem started up again. Took the vehicle back to them and they wanted to charge me again. We went back-and-forth and they finally said that since it was the same as the previous problem, they wouldn't charge me. They said they corrected the problem, and 3 miles from driving off of their parking lot the problem came up again. Do not use this facility. If you do then absolutely positively be prepared to spend a lot of money and probably make multiple trips to them for the same problem.

This may be the shadiest place I've ever been to for a car repair. (People think they have to their car to a dealership and you typically do not!) These guys are so awful in every single way. They don't call you back when they say they're going to, they tack on things that you didn't need done. They will charge you over $1000 for a $20 part and to put it into your car. Once I finally got my car out of there I called around and found small local mechanic shops that did the same fix for hundreds and hundreds of dollars less. Call around, try some local places, look up the reviews, tell them what kind of car you have, and what the problem is. Skip this dealership and go anywhere else.

My husband has been waiting most of his adult life to purchase his dream truck. He is finally at a point where that dream was becoming a reality. We ordered a fully-customized GMC truck from Stocker back in August. Were told at the time we should expect delivery in July of 2023. In the fall we were told the vehicle was ahead of schedule, and to excpect to pick it up on or about January 23, 2023. We are coming up from Florida, so purchased plane tickets to fly in and drive our new truck home. Just before Christmas, our salesman, Garrett let us know the truck is on the lot! Bottom line is, Stocker wanted to get this thing sold before 12/31 (likely so they could get their monthly sales incentives) and they likely had a buyer wanting the 2022 tax deduction. So while we were scrambling to get our financing a month early, and during the Christmas holidays dealing with our credit union being closed etc, they ***SOLD OUR TRUCK TO SOMEONE ELSE***!!! The truck that we paid a deposit on. The truck that they had me get insurance coverage on (which I now guess I better cancel bc someone else owns it!)...it's now in someone else's garage. Not sure how this will end up, but as of now Stocker seems completely unwilling to make this right with us. They claim we somehow conveyed to them that we no longer wanted our truck and they never reached out before they let someone else sign for it. In addition, they have the tens of thousands of dollars for the truck in their hands, as we overnighted the check to them this past week. "Veteran owned", yeah that is complete bull$hit - way to screw over one of your own - a 28 year disabled veteran (my husband). We are disappointed and disgusted with everyone there. A side note - my family has been in the HD truck business for 40+ years, we would never, EVER screw over one of our customers like this. EVER. Avoid this place at all costs.

I bought a 2022 siveraldo LT and the main computer went out at 4600 miles. Took it in after waiting weeks for my appointment. They told me the part wasn't available and they would try to get it from the assembly plant. They gave me a loaner CAR. After numerous calls to the service department I still didn't know when they could get the part. Weeks later I received a call that they sold my loaner. I was told then that it may be 6 months to get my new computer module. Since this was unacceptable I took the loaner back to get a new truck. They gave me trade in value plus $2000 for the faulty truck and got a new one (minus a bed liner and wheel well liners) increasing my payment $50. Now the new trucks hands free dialing doesn't work. When I took it for its first oil change 3 people looked at it and tried to fix it. They blamed it on my phone that works fine with the truck other then hands free dialing. Avoid Stocker!!! I have never received a call from them to see if I was satisfied with their service. Obviously repeat customers aren't important to them. No wonder they only have a 2 star average. As a side note, while getting my oil changed on truck #2 the mechanic changed my Sirius station from christian to gangster rap and didn't even bother to hit the preset button back to one of my channels. So when I turned on my radio my wife and I were greeted with vulgarity. Thanks again.

My car suffers from a color match problem after painting a quarter panel (see that attached first two photos) and they refused to repaint it. So, I went to another body shop to fix the color match problem (see the attached last two photos).By comparing the two body shops, I found that the user experience from this body shop is much worse:firstly, they are not very patience and are not very willing to share the repair progress with me. My car's repairment gets delaied twice due to some reasons but they never update the delay to me. Sometimes I went to their shop and they promised to send me the update late on, but they did not.Secondly, when I observed the color matching problem from their paintwork, they want to absolve themselves of responsibility by telling me that the color match problem is due to the angle of observation.The technicians of other shops told me that the color matching is due to the quality of painting and I eventually fix the color matching problem in another body shop (i.e., Keck's Collision Repair). I would highly recommend Keck's Collision Repair to you based on my experience.Service: Painting

I have a truck that the bed bottom needs replaced. from rust common from road salt in our area.. I would imagine that this would be a common job. Wrong ... I was told that they don't do rust repair ? And then they told me I should maybe look around the area for other auto body shops ... after other people who work there ( not in auto body ) told me to ask them about it ... seems like they could have set up a time to atleast take a look ... but..... I was left under the impression that replacing my truck bed bottom was simply below them and they just didn't want to be bothered with it ... maybe if I got hit by someone and insurance had it covered then I guss I may be considered as a customer.

Poor service - I have had multiple vehicles in this shop since it is where I purchase them from and would like to trust the company but I have problems every time. I will be choosing another shop next time - they don't deserve the business.
