Communication is horrible from the service department. They rely on an email from voicemail. I was told at 3:18 they need another hour to diagnose the issue. They kept my car overnight with no communication about it. Called in the morning and told it was being diagnosed. Tried calling several times. No answer. Finally just picked it up to take it somewhere else. The only one answering the phone was the parts department.

End result has been above expectation however it's a place you must plan for. Very time consuming for an oil change, new wiper blades and tire rotation. Did get a free car wash which was much appreciated.
