I believe that they load their own plane there. folks there are pretty good, on average, adn the few times I've had to go there, they care. the folks here are 5 star. the folks at the phone tree and who set it up, -1 or -2 stars.”

Alice was super helpful, answered my questions and took care of everything very efficiently.
A few hours passed and I realized I had forgotten something important in my mail. I called them and Ed immediately helped me and said he would look for my mail which thankfully had not left yet.
When I got there Ed greeted me and led me to the back where I saw 4 people (one of those people being Alice) looking for my one piece of mail. I felt really bad to have them do it but I was super thankful. They got almost to the bottom of a huge bin and found it.

“USP Hamilton Street is my go to store for mailing and color printing. Most recently I mailed medications to my daughter (which one can't do with USPO) and worked with Alan to get a complex knitting pattern upsized and printed. Alan is also a notary public who will come in any time the store is open to notarize something. Great service, friendly and creative help, highly recommend.”
