These women have been in the hair business for some time and it shows. When I tell you I was so nervous, first due to the fact that I have never had my hair braided let alone have it grown out to the length it is now. Ausha and Vivian were stupendous. Ausha did remarkable! Vivian did my eyebrows and faded my sides and back. I looked like "PAPA GOT BRAND NEW BAG" ?. I will definitely be back! I'm addicted!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at S'Hair-Eng Salon today! My daughter (age 12) has very thick, curly hair and Vivian took her time helping her learn to take care of it - something I don't know anything about! She got a trim and shampoo and walked out looking and feeling lovely!

Vivian is the most caring hairstylist, ever! She did not frown at me changing my appointment multiple times, she sincerely cares for her clients plus, is awesome at hair styling.

Would not recommend to anyone. Not sure how you are able to service people if you are not sure on what you are doing. Just needed basic trim, because I am not from around here, and seemed they were asking questions as if to have never been certified. Knew that the job was not done well and t they overcharge for it. My hair looked worse than when I came, with how much more uneven my hair was. I debated on going back to get my hair fixed , but did not want to waste my time anymore as she knew my hair did not look good when I called back. There is no reason a person should have to pay ridiculous amount for such minimal work. It's a shame that they are able to rip people off and the work does not even seem like they simply know how to do a basic trim and press. Them being nice does not take back the work being so disappointing. Have been trying to call back and they start to not answer the phone because they know they are wrong. Would truly not ever recommend anyone going, unless you're okay with under subpar work.

I was referred to this salon by a friend, and I was so excited to get my hair done after quarantine. Vivian communicated openly with me, and when I was finally able to go in, she took the time to tell me more about my hair and how to care for it. She also explained that she takes my whole person into consideration, and she also cuts curly hair while it's dry to get better results. I am so happy! She did a fantastic job, my curls are revived, and the cut is perfect for my face! I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend. Thanks, Michelle, for the recommendation!
