The guys at Steve Shannon were great! They were able to get my car in same day that i called and got me in and out the shop in a very reasonable me timeframe. Highly recommended!

My husband got 4 new tires at a reasonable price but no less than 4 days later he had a flat tire. He returned to have the tire "fixed" to yet again have a flat tire 2 days later. On his 3rd return to fix the issue, they told him his wheel was cracked by a pothole, funny I think we would have remembered a pothole that was large enough to cause that damage. Nor does State College have a pothole problem. Funny how he had NO issues prior to the new tires being installed but now has a cracked wheel that we are expected us to for pay to fix. I will NEVER return here for any type of service nor will I recommend to others.

I needed a quick turnaround on a PA State inspection and an emissions inspection. I walked in with no appointment and was back out within the hour. Chris and the other technicians were professional, courteous, and did a great job!

Over inflated my tires and i had no clue till they started peeling the tread off and i took it in and they wouldn’t do anything about it, so im stuck with one spare and the other tire shredded because i can’t afford new ones right now..photos are just for reference how bad they got in a short amount of time

I needed my tire replaced ASAP due to a nail causing it to go flat. Steve Shannon tires was able to kindly assist me. They provided speedy service & was able to get me back on the road, so I could get to work. They also provided me with assistance after I put my new tire from them back on my vehicle. I stopped back into their center, so they could double check I tightened my lug nuts enough. Thank you for all your services you provide and the man muscles I needed to ensure I stay safe on the highways. I’m so grateful for your assistance today!!!

STATE COLLEGE : Got there at 0730 for new tires and alignment, as soon as I was entered into a work order the vehicle was in the shop. The employees are easy going did good work, the work was completed in an hour. I do recommend this shop for service.

Excellent. On my way home and the low tire light came on. I was close to SSTAC and pulled in. Explained about the light. They took a look and found a nail in one of my tires. In less than an hour they had me back on the road. I was so grateful. It was a hot day and I had my sister and senior mom with me. The gentlemen at the center were very nice. I plan to take my car for service in the future.

First come first serve basis, great to drop off in the morning and be called with updates. Took in to get alignment done. Got a call telling me that one tire needed replaced and let me know about my control arms. Aligned, tire installed and balanced before lunch.
