I left my wallet in my cart out in the parking lot and didn't realize it for over an hour. It was turned in I'm sure by an employee gathering the carts and everything was the same as I left it, I am so thankful!

It's weird writing a review for Sams but this Sams is unlike any other I have seen in the past especially those I'm major metropolitan areas, they usually are disorganized and trashy, we'll not this one everything is right where it should be and all clean and organized the employees are helpful and the food in the food court is always warm fresh and inexpensive.

I had the best experience at Sam’s Club this evening. I am currently expecting my second child and I was running errands a large portion of the afternoon. Sam’s club was my final stop and I was exhausted when I walked through the door but I pushed through to get the remaining items on my list. I was struggling getting my items loaded in my car and the unbelievably kind gentleman who was gathering shopping carts stopped what he was doing to help me load my car. I am so grateful for his kind act! I hope that he gets the recognition that he deserves, his act of kindness meant so much to me ♥️

Professional service at affordable prices! The after service is the seller at Sam's Club tires service. They re-tighten the lug nuts with a quick stop after service and after driving it to make sure they are staying nice and secure and then they rotate the tires throughout the time of use as part if the initial package price. It also includes road side assistance for a flat tire.

Just was there and told that I couldn't come in till 10:00 a.m. This would be like the 3th or 4th time I came at this time haven't had a problem was asked to show my card was told that I needed to be a plus member.I said okay Went to my car and as I'm looking up when they actually open I watch 5 other people go in and they didn't ask for their card. So I called and want to speak to the manager to complain because I want to know why I was picked out and not allowed to come in but others are and as I'm on the phone with the manager and she's telling me she don't know they should be asking everybody. I watch almost 5 other people go in at this point and not one had to pull out a card still I don't know why I was targeted because that's how it feels but I work for my money makes me not want to come back very disappointed today not sure when I'll be back!!

Came in to do a tire rotation 4 days ago and they told us we had to make an appointment so we did for a few days later. There wasn't a single customer around. Currently here for the appointment and still waiting. Its been an hr since they've had our keys. They also are moving the vehicle into different bays instead of keeping it in one to do a simple tire rotation. That seems unnecessary to me, and at this point I could of done this all myself with just a jack and what the car supplies me in the same amount of time. Now if this was one person who's newer at this I'd be a little more understanding but there are 3 people doing this.. end time 1hr 10 minutes

I came here with intentions to pick up several items and make out as quick as I could. I was not sure what happened, but I ended up getting here when it wasn't that busy. I lucked out. I made my way through the aisles, avoiding all the distractions that Sam's has to offer. I did end up getting everything I needed and then some. I do have to say that I liked the way this location is laid out. It is not like the others out there. It felt smaller on the inside, but somehow held everything you come to expect from the warehouse store. I didn't feel bothered in here when I stopped either. But that could have been because I had my Airpods in and was listening to my own music the whole time. I enjoy checking out in here at the self checkouts. Less interactions with people was what I was looking for that day.

I am not one to cause a scene in a store or confront a manager about situations, but that happened on September 26th at the State College Sam’s Club. While I do shop at Sam's Club, I use my membership mostly for fuel. It does amaze me how it takes 2 weeks to lower the price 3 cents, BUT only 3 days to raise it 25 cents.
