Had an issue a while ago and talk to 3 people, each one saying they would call me back and no one EVER did. I just left the issue go. A rep said she would call when my CD needed to be renewed and she never did. Plus, they never called my daugher for a phone appt that my daughter had with them. Very unorganized.

Great bank, but there is no location in Altoona. Closest walk in services are 42min away in State College.
