I have not banked at College Avenue in 6 years. I live outside of Philadelphia now. However, Julia provided the very BEST Customer Service I’ve had in 6 years. My ‘local’ branch was not helpful and not even curious to assist me in solving the problem. Julia could be a Customer Service training person for PNC! Within the same 10+ minutes I was on hold locally, she provided two options to resolve my situation. PNC CORPORATE…you have to ask yourself why Julia was able to do this but two days on the phone with my local branch could not! Sometimes, it is just the simple things that work the best. Even saying …..I don’t know, but I’ll find out and call you back.

The worst bank experience I have ever had. Their app is the most horrible app. Plus I was trying to deposit with cash my account but the transaction abruptly stopped and now I have to wait for 10 business days for my money . Try to avoid this bank as much as you can.

Tried to cash a check today and they wouldn't cash it. It was written on the PNC bank from a private account and they didn't have enough money in the bank to pay it, so how can you function as a bank? If you don't have any money it was only $6500.

Front counter lady was rude. I was waiting in line behind someone. She skipped over me. When she did address me she asked if I was checking in. I said yes. She then turned to the next person and proceeded to help him. After she was done him. I looked at her and asked if she could check me in instead of me using this scanning code. And she told me “ you can just do it that way” definitely not customer service friendly. I walked out. I’ll be closing my account with PNC.

This bank uses an absurd check in system that involves scanning a QR code and responding to text messages. It takes 4 employees to stand around and explain the process. That’s 4 employees not actually helping with banking on this busy location.
