My wife and I went to the State College store to purchase dog food and treats for our shih tzu that spent a few days at the hospital. Sarah was an Amazing help to us. We really appreciated her help and kindness! She is definitely an asset to your store!! We will seek her out in the future.

My cat Simba was having drooling issues due to teeth problems. Dr. McFeely (yes her real name) and the vet tech (I missed the name. Short, dark hair,very sweet) were AMAZING with Simba. He is now home and happy. Quick trip, didn't break the bank, were wonderful with Simba. Will Definitely be bringing my animals back to them again. Thanks to the staff we dealt with. You guys did awesome with Simba.

Nice and friendly. Quite fun to look around animals, too.
It is also good that they discount for the products that have some damage not enough to compromise the quality rather than dump them.
There is also dog hair salon. :) might be good idea to let your pet get hair done and you look around Michaels right next to Petco.

Your selection of cat nutritional supplements is really poor and there are always boxes in the aisles that make it hard to move around. I’m going to try Wiscoy and Pet Supplies Plus before coming back

Friendly staff, generally knowledgeable. Great grooming service, have been using them for some time. Generally good prices, and the rewards program is well worth it.

My son wants to have a couple of rats and we were looking in the tank and both tanks were not properly cleaned and the poor creatures were covered in their own feces! I'll take my son somewhere else to get his future pets... PetCo obviously doesn't care enough about their animals
